Record (註記: the first character has the fanqie 竹句 [zhù] and 之喻 [zhù]. The Guangya says: *zhu* means commentary/sub-commentary; to record/remember. The Zilin says: *zhu* means to explain. The Tongsuwen says: recording things is called *zhu*. The Qieyun writes it as 注, with the two fanqie 陟住 [zhù] and 之戍 [zhù]).
