繽紛（上匹仁反玉篇繽繽往來皃或盛皃眾也下孚云反玉篇紛亂也盛皃也眾也廣雅繽繽眾也紛紛亂也謂眾多下也字林繽紛盛皃也切韻飛也）。

繽紛 (The upper character has the fanqie pi-ren [bīn]. The Yupian says: binbin describes the appearance of coming and going, or an abundant appearance; numerous. The lower character has the fanqie fu-yun [fēn]. The Yupian says: chaotic; abundant appearance; numerous. The Guangya says: binbin means numerous; fenfen means chaotic; referring to descending in great numbers. The Zilin says: binbin is an abundant appearance. The Qieyun says: flying).
