煩冤（作冤惌二形今作宛同於元反說文冤屈也廣雅冤枉也經文作婉非字體也）。

煩冤 (Written in the two forms 冤 and 惌, and now written as 宛, all with the fanqie *yu* + *yuan* [yuān]. The Shuowen says: '冤 means grievance.' The Guangya says: '冤 means injustice.' In the sūtra text it is written as 婉, which is not the proper character form).
