𩩜腦（上雖壘反說文云𩩜骨中脂也從骨隋省聲或作髓髓經作髓俗字也下奴老反聲類云腦頭中脂也或作𭗼說文作匘匘亦頭中髓也從匕相匕著也古今正字從肉作𭗼音惱聲也）。

Suinao 𩩜腦 (the first character fanqie 雖壘; the Shuowen says: "Sui 𩩜 is the fat inside the bones; it has the bone radical with an abbreviated sui 隋 as phonetic; it is also written as 髓"; the sutra writing 髓 is a popular character; the second character fanqie 奴老; the Shenglei says: "Nao 腦 is the fat inside the head; also written as 𭗼"; the Shuowen writes 匘, and says: "匘 is also the marrow inside the head; it takes the spoon radical 匕, indicating mutual adherence"; the Gujin zhengzi writes it with the flesh radical as 𭗼, sounding like the phonetic nao 惱).
