鬱茂（憚[颱-台+(日/月)]反案鬱茂草木盛皃也說文亦水藂生也或作蔚從林鬱省聲鬱音同上經作欝俗字[颱-台+(日/月)]音雲欝反也）。

Yumao 鬱茂 (fanqie 憚[颱-台+(日/月)]; we note that yumao means the luxuriant appearance of vegetation; the Shuowen says: "Water growing in clusters"; also written as 蔚, taking the forest radical with an abbreviated yu 鬱 as phonetic; yu 鬱 has the same pronunciation as above; the sutra writing 欝 is a popular character; [颱-台+(日/月)] has the fanqie 雲欝).
