咳笑（古文孩同胡來反說文咳小兒笑也禮記子生三月父執子之手咳而名之是也）。

To smile and laugh (咳笑): The ancient script writes 孩, identical, with the fanqie 胡來 [hái]. The Shuowen says: '咳 means the laughter of an infant.' The Liji says: 'When a child is three months old, the father grasps the child's hand, smilingly gazes at him, and names him'—this is it.
