稽𩠐（古文作稽苦禮反蒼頡篇云稽𩠐頓𩠐也周禮太祝辯九拜一日稽𩠐鄭玄曰稽至也謂至地也𩠐頭也書云禹拜稽𩠐是也）。

稽𩠐 [bow the head to the ground] (In ancient script written 稽; fanqie 苦禮 [qi]. The Cangjie pian says: "稽𩠐 means kowtow." The Zhouli's Grand Invocator distinguishes nine types of bows, the first being 稽𩠐. Zheng Xuan says: "稽 means reaching; that is, reaching the ground. 𩠐 means head." In the Shangshu, "Yu bowed his head to the ground" is an example of this).
