化政（之盛反禮記孔子曰政者正也謂宜法教子養萬姓也論語導之以政是也）。
化政 [governance of transformation] (Fanqie 之盛 [zheng]. In the Liji, Confucius says: "政 means rectitude (zheng); that is, appropriately using teachings to nurture the myriad commoners." In the Analects, "guiding them with governance" is this).
