憒亂（上古外反考聲云憒謂煩憂也說文亦亂云從心貴聲又音會亦通）。

Confused and disordered (憒亂; the upper character is fanqie 古外; the *Kaosheng* states: "*Kui* means worried and troubled." The *Shuowen* also says it means chaotic: "From heart, phonetic in *gui*; also pronounced *hui*, which is also permissible").
