憒𠆴（上古外反前大方等頂王經上卷中已釋訖下奴効反集訓云𠆴人多擾擾也考聲云人多諠也古今正字不靜也從市從人會意字也經作閙俗字）。

Chaotic clamor (憒𠆴; the upper character is fanqie 古外; it has already been explained in the upper fascicle of the *Mahāvaipulya-mūrdharāja-sūtra* above. The lower character is fanqie 奴効; the *Jixun* states: "*Nao* means many people in agitation." The *Kaosheng* states: "Many people being noisy." The *Gujin zhengzi* states: "Not quiet; from market and from person, a compound ideograph; the sūtra writes the vulgar character 閙").
