恇欀（丘方反下而羊反說文恇欀煩擾也謂煩恐懼遽也經文從心作懷人向反懹憚也難也懷非此義也）。

恇欀 (qiū fāng fan; the second character is ér yáng fan; the Shuowen says: '恇欀 means agitated and confused; referring to being overwhelmed by fear and panic.' The sūtra text writes with the heart radical as 懷, rén xiàng fan; 懹 means to fear or to hesitate; 懷 does not have this meaning).
