祅星（上央驕反左傳曰天反時為災地反物為祅杜注云羣物失性說文從示芺聲或作祅經從女作妖非災字也）。

Ominous star (祅星: for the upper character, *yāng* - *jiāo* fanqie [*yāo*]. The *Zuo zhuan* says: "When heaven opposes the seasons, it is a calamity; when earth opposes things, it is a portent [祅]." Du's commentary says: "The multitude of things lose their nature." The *Shuowen jiezi* states that it takes the radical 示 'altar' with 芺 *ǎo* phonetic; or it is written as 祅. The sūtra takes the radical 女 'woman' as 妖, which is not the character for calamity).
