侵掠（下良丈反俗同略字用也杜注春秋云掠奪取財物也顧野王云鹵掠物也鄭注禮記云掠猶索也古今正字從手從諒省聲也）。

侵掠 (The lower character is fanqie l[iang] + zh[ang]. In vulgar usage it is used identically with the character 略. Du's commentary on the Chunqiu says: '掠 means to seize and take away wealth and goods.' Gu Yewang says: 'To plunder goods.' Zheng's commentary on the Liji says: '掠 is like searching and taking.' In the Gujin zhengzi it derives from 手 with a reduced 諒 as phonetic.)
