[糸*(林/肉)*(敲-高)]葢（珊嬾反下正體盖字也繖葢者覆蔭身也[糸*(林/肉)*(敲-高)]即是葢從糸𣀙聲葢字本從草從益今俗從羊者訛謬也經作傘盖並非正字也）。

Parasol (繖葢): Has the fanqie *shān* + *lǎn* (繖). The lower character is the standard form of 盖. A parasol (繖葢) shades the body. [糸*(林/肉)*(敲-高)] is simply 葢 (canopy); it is derived from 糸 with 𣀙 as phonetic. The character 葢 originally derives from 艸 (grass) and 益; its current popular form derived from 羊 (sheep) is an error. The scripture's variant forms 傘 and 盖 are neither of them standard characters.
