Disturbing (the upper character is pronounced 如 + 沼 fanqie. The Shuowen says: “Troublesome. It derives from the hand radical with '憂' as phonetic.” 憂 is pronounced 奴 + 高 fanqie. In the sūtra text it is written with '憂', which is incorrect. The lower character is pronounced 欒 + 段 fanqie. The Shuowen says: “Derives from '乙' with '𤔔' as phonetic.”)
