勞來（說文作勑同力代反漢書勞來不怠也約勑也經文作賜𧶘非字體也或作俫非也）。
勞來 (lào lài: the Shuowen writes it as 勑; both are lì-dài fanqie. The Hanshu says: 'To encourage and bring to work without wearying; to admonish.' The sūtra text writing it as 賜𧶘 is not the standard character form; writing it as 俫 is also incorrect).
