創病 (fanqie: 楚 + 霜; the Liji says: 'If there are sores on the head, then wash one's hair.' The Shuowen says: '創 means a wound; derived from 刀 (knife) and 一一, depicting the inside; an ideogrammic compound.' The ancient script writes it with 刀 (knife), depicting a knife cutting into the flesh).
