[Shield] (Fanqie of 食 [dʑ-] and 尹 [-uěn]: the *Shuowen jiezi* says, "'Dùn' (盾) is a buckler; that by which one defends the body and shields the eyes." The character for buckler (𤟢) has the fanqie of 伏 [b-] and 發 [-uɐt]).
