觀詧（音察亦同用聲類云詧審也明也知也文字典說從言從祭省聲也）。

Guancha 觀詧 (pronounced the same as 察 [chá], and used interchangeably with it. The Shenglei says: "詧 means to examine closely; it means to understand clearly; it means to know." The Wenzi dian explains: "It is formed with 言 [speech] as the signific and 祭 with phonetic abbreviation").
