睎望（上欣衣反方言云睎盻也廣雅云睎視也說文睎亦望也從目希聲盻音批戾反經從心作悕非也）。

Xiwang 睎望 (the first syllable is read with the fanqie 欣衣. The Fangyan says: "睎 means to gaze." The Guangya says: "睎 means to look." The Shuowen says: "睎 also means to gaze; it is formed from 目 [eye] with 希 as the phonetic." 盻 is pronounced with the fanqie 批戾. The scripture text writing it with 心 as 悕 is incorrect).
