癡騃（上耻知反埤蒼云癡騃者也說文不慧也從疒疑聲下崖解反考聲云騃人癡皃也蒼頡篇無知也或作[(崖-山)*頁]說文從馬矣聲也）。

癡騃 (The upper character is fanqie ch[i] + zh[i]. The Picang says: '癡 means foolish.' The Shuowen says: 'Not wise; it derives from 疒 with 疑 as phonetic.' The lower character is fanqie y[ai] + ji[e]. The Kaosheng says: '騃 is the appearance of a person being foolish.' The Cang Jie pian says: 'Without knowledge.' It is also written as [(崖-山)*頁]. The Shuowen says: 'It derives from 馬 with 矣 as phonetic.')
