怯懼（上欠劫反杜林注漢書云怯多畏也顧野王云怯畏劣也或作㹤古今正字從心去聲也）。

Fearful and dreading (怯懼: the first character has the fanqie qian-jie; Du Lin's commentary on the Hanshu states that 怯 means full of fear; Gu Yewang states that 怯 means fearful and feeble; it is sometimes written as 㹤; the Gujin zhengzi states that it is formed from 'heart' [心] with 去 as phonetic).
