Sima Xiangru's Fengshan wen has: "攄 means to disperse." The Wenzidian shuo says: "Categorized under 手 with 慮 as its phonetic." The second character has the fanqie [b]u + [m]u. We examine: chūpú [櫖蒲] is a board game of gambling. The sūtra writes it under 雩 as 摴, which is incorrect).
