䏺脹（璞江反埤蒼䏺肛腸脹也說文從肉夆聲夆音峯也下張亮反杜注左傳云脹膓滿也古今正字腹痛也從肉長聲也）。

Bloated and distended (䏺脹: the upper character [䏺] has the fanqie phonetic [pang] (璞江反). The Picang states: "䏺 denotes distension of the anus and intestines." The Shuowen jiezi states: "Derived from the flesh radical (肉) with the phonetic marker [feng] (夆); 夆 has the sound [feng] (峯)." The lower character [脹] has the fanqie phonetic [zhang] (張亮反). Du Yu's commentary to the Zuo zhuan states: "脹 means fullness of the intestines." The Gujin zhengzi states: "Abdominal pain; derived from the flesh radical (肉) with the phonetic marker [chang] (長)").
