憒𠆴（古對反說文憒心煩亂也從心貴聲正作𢤳下奴効反字書𠆴人多擾擾也說文從市從人也俗作閙經文作丙誤也）。

Agitated and clamorous (憒𠆴: the upper character [憒] has the fanqie phonetic [kui] (古對反). The Shuowen jiezi states: "憒 means mind agitated and confused; derived from the heart radical (心) with the phonetic marker [gui] (貴); the correct form is 𢤳." The lower character [𠆴] has the fanqie phonetic [nao] (奴効反). The Zishu states: "𠆴 means people being numerous and clamorous." The Shuowen jiezi states: "Derived from the market radical (市) and the person radical (人)." The vulgar form is written as 鬧. The scripture text writes it as 丙, which is an error).
