愚憃（下丑絳反鄭注周禮云憃憃生而癡騃童民者也說文憃亦愚也從心舂聲者也）。

Foolish and dull (愚憃) (The second character has the fanqie chou + jiang. Zheng’s commentary on the Zhouli says: “Chongchong (憃憃) refers to ordinary people who are foolish and simple from birth.” The Shuowen says: “Chong (憃) also means foolish; it is formed from the ‘mind’ classifier and the phonetic chong (舂)”).
