髀脇（上鼙米反前卷契大乘經下卷音義中已釋下杴業反考聲脇肋也說文[日*土]兩傍也從肉劦聲也或作脅亦同劦音叶從三力經三刀非正字也肋音勒也）。

髀脇 (The first character has the fanqie 鼙米; it has already been explained in the sounds and meanings of the lower fascicle of the Qidasheng jing in a preceding fascicle. The second character has the fanqie 杴業. Kaosheng: "脇 means ribs." Shuowen jiezi: "The two sides of the torso; semantic 肉, phonetic 劦." Sometimes written 脅, which is the same. 劦 is pronounced 葉, composed of three 力; in the sūtra with three 刀, it is not the standard character. 肋 is pronounced 勒).
