擾亂（而沼反說文擾煩也從手從夒經從憂作櫌非也夒音奴刀反）。

To throw into disorder (擾亂: the first character has the fanqie [ɲ]i + [t͡ɕ]au. The Shuowen jiezi says: "擾 means troublesome; it is categorized under 手 and 夒." The sūtra writes it with 憂 as 櫌, which is incorrect. 夒 has the fanqie [n]u + [t]au).
