昏墊（點念反孔注尚書云下民昏墊墊溺也杜注左傳云墊羸困也說文下也從土執聲）。

Drowned and sunken (昏墊: the second character has the fanqie [t]em + [n]em. Kong [Anguo]'s commentary to the Shangshu says: "The lower people were drowned and sunken; 墊 means to drown." Du [Yu]'s commentary to the Zuozhuan says: "墊 means exhausted and distressed." The Shuowen jiezi says: "Sunken downward; categorized under 土 with 執 as its phonetic").
