Fault and blame 過讁 (The second character has the fanqie 知 + 革 and 徒 + 厄. It means blame and punishment. The Fangyan says: 'Zhe (謫) means anger.' Guo Pu's commentary says: 'It refers to rebuking each other in anger.' Zhe (讁) means to censure, to reprove).
