徼循（又作邀同古堯古弔二反下又作巡同似遵反徼遮也循行也漢書音義曰所謂遊徼徼循以備盜賊也）。

Jiǎoxún (徼循, patrolling and inspecting) (also written as 邀, same; gǔ + yáo [jiāo] and gǔ + diào [jiào], two fanqie. Lower syllable: also written as 巡, same; sì + zūn [xún] fanqie. Jiǎo means to intercept; xún means to go around. The Hanshu yinyi says: 'The so-called traveling inspectors patrol and inspect to guard against bandits and thieves.').
