沆瀁(上河朗反下音養並上聲字楚辭云沆瀁而不可滯王逸注云沆瀁猶浩蕩大波濤也經文作洸洋音光羊並平聲字非此用也)。

Hàngyàng (沆瀁, vast and billowy) (upper syllable: hé + lǎng [hàng] fanqie; lower syllable: sound yǎng; both are falling-rising tone characters. The Chuci says: 'Vast and billowy (hàngyàng), it cannot be detained.' Wang Yi's commentary says: 'Hàngyàng is like vast and mighty great billows.' The sūtra text writes 洸洋, pronounced guāng yáng, both being level-tone characters, which is not the proper usage here).
