㾓痛（烏玄反謂手足㾓疼也張揖雜字云痛癢㾓疼是也酸足是也經文作㾓亦同也）。

Xuāntòng (㾓痛, aching pain) (wū + xuán [xuān] fanqie. It refers to aching pain in the hands and feet. Zhang Yi's Zazi says: 'Itching and aching pain (xuānténg)' refers to this; aching feet is this. The sūtra text writing 㾓 is also the same).
