三顀（直追反說文額出也今江南言顀頭胅額乃以顀為後枕高胅之名也經文作膇未見所出也）。

Sānzhuī (三顀, three protrusions) (zhí + zhuī [zhuī] fanqie. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Forehead jutting out.' Nowadays in the region south of the Yangtze they speak of 'a zhuī head and protruding forehead', taking zhuī as the name for a high, protruding occiput. The sūtra text writes 膇, for which the source has not yet been found).
