溝港（古項反謂須陀洹也此言入流或言至流今言溝港者取其流水處也）。

溝港 (streams and waterways; [the fanqie is] 古項反; this refers to the stream-enterer (srotāpanna); here it is called 'entering the stream' or 'reaching the stream'; the current phrasing of 'streams and waterways' is borrowed from places where water flows).
