嗷嗷（又作嗸同五高反說文眾口愁也詩云哀鳴嗸嗸傳曰來得安集嗸嗸然也）。

嗷嗷 [Wailing clamorously] (Also written as 嗸; the fanqie is 五 + 高. The Shuowen says: "Many mouths lamenting." The Shijing says: "Plaintive cries clamor 嗸嗸." The Commentary says: "Unable to find peaceful settlement, wailing 嗸嗸-like.")
