憒𠆴(下奴草反字書云市人猶猥擾也考聲云人諠多也俗作閙也古今正字從市人不靜聲也)。
Turbid clamour [憒𠆴]: the second [character is pronounced with the fanqie] nu-cao (奴草反). The Zishu states: 'Market crowd, meaning milling and noisy.' The Kaosheng states: 'Clamorous and crowded with people.' In popular script it is written as 鬧 (nào). In the Gujin zhengzi, it is formed from shì (市, market) and rénbùjìng (人不靜, people not being quiet) as the phonetic.
