准平（說文作準同之尹反准平均也度也經文作垐才資反以土增道也垐非此用）。

准平 [Level] (The Shuowen writes it as 準, the same; the fanqie is 之 + 尹 [zhǔn]. 准平 means to make level, to measure. The sūtra text writes 垐, the fanqie 才 + 資 [cí], meaning to raise a road with earth; 垐 is not used here).
