Humble and disgrace (挫辱) (the first character is *zu-huo* fan; Yunquan says: "To break and snap"; Jia's commentary on the Guoyu says: "To break the edge of someone's argument is called *cuo*"; Shuowen jiezi says: "To break down"; it takes the hand radical and the *zuo* (坐) sound).
