儔潔（上長流反考聲云儔匹也韻詮云誰也等也從人壽聲下音結鄭注禮記云清也從水絜聲也）。

儔潔 (equal and pure; the upper [character] has the fanqie zhang + liu [chóu]; the Kaosheng says: "Chóu means a peer"; the Yunquan says: "Who; equal; from the person radical [人] with the sound shou [壽]"; the lower [character] is pronounced jie [jié]; Zheng Xuan's commentary on the Liji says: "Pure; from the water radical [水] with the sound jie [絜]").
