Short legs (The first character is pí + mèi fanqie. Zheng's commentary on the Zhouli states: '𠩲 means short.' Gu Yewang states: '𠩲 means low-lying.' The Wenzidian says it takes 'cliff' [hàn], pronounced hē + qiě fanqie, with bēi as phonetic).
