Thigh and knee (The first character is píng + mǐ fanqie. The Shuowen says: 'The outside of the thigh.' It takes 'bone' with bēi. The second is xīn + qī fanqie. The Shuowen says: 'The joint at the head of the shank.' It takes jié, pronounced jié, with qī as phonetic; qī is pronounced qī. In the sūtra it is written with 'flesh' and qī as 膝, a vulgar character; this character has been in use for a long time).
