癲癎（上典年反文字集略云賊風入五藏即癲病也廣雅云狂病也說文風病也從疒顛聲下音閑說文亦風病也）。

癲癎 (the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 典 + 年 [diān]. The Wenziji lüe says: "When pernicious wind enters the five viscera, it is the illness of mania [diān]." The Guangya says: "Madness." The Shuowen says: "A wind disease." It is formed with the radical 疒 and 顛 as phonetic. The second character is pronounced xián; the Shuowen says it is also a wind disease).
