癕癤（上音邕司馬注莊子不通為㿈說文㿈腫也形聲字也下音節古今正字正體從截作𤻛久廢不行今時用作癤文字典說云小㿈謂之癤從疒節聲）。

癕癤 (The upper character is pronounced 邕. Sima's commentary to the Zhuangzi says: "Obstruction is 㿈 [carbuncle]." The Shuowen says: "㿈 means swelling; a phono-semantic compound." The lower character is pronounced 節. The Gujin zhengzi states that the orthodox form is from 截 as 𤻛, but has long fallen out of use and currently 癤 is used. The Wenzidian says: "A small carbuncle is called a 癤 [furuncle]; from 疒 with 節 phonetic.")
