穰麌梨（上音攘次愚矩反下力知反穰麌梨梵語化身菩薩名也能除一切毒以大悲故演說此經也）。

Jāṅgulī 穰麌梨 (the first is pronounced 攘 rang; the next is fanqie: 愚矩 [y- + -u]; the last is fanqie: 力知 [l- + -i]; 'Jāṅgulī' is Sanskrit, the name of a transformation-body bodhisattva who can eliminate all poisons, expounding this sūtra out of great compassion).
