痃癖（上音弦下匹亦反方言云痃癖腹中病也字書並無痃字文字集略云氣結為癖考聲云宿食為癥也古今正字食不消反為痃癖）。

Abdominal knots and indigestion (痃癖: the upper character is pronounced 弦. The lower character has the fanqie [pʰ- + -iek] 匹亦. The Fangyan says: ‘Xianpi is an illness within the abdomen.’ The character xian does not appear in character dictionaries at all. The Wenzi jilüe says: ‘The coagulation of qi constitutes pi.’ The Kaosheng says: ‘Stagnant food constitutes zhèng [abdominal masses].’ The Gujin zhengzi says: ‘When food is undigested, it reciprocally turns into xianpi.’)
