Bìnì (俾倪, parapet; [the first character is] fanqie 匹 + 嬖, the second is fanqie 霓 + 計. The Kaosheng says: "A bìnì is a battlement on top of a city wall." Correctly written with the earth radical as 壀堄, or with the eye radical as 睥睨; the pronunciation and meaning are both the same).
