篾戾車（上音眠鼈反古譯或云蜜列車皆訛也正梵音云畢㗚吟蹉此云垢濁種也樂作惡業下賤種類邊鄙不信正法垢穢人也）。

篾戾車 [mleccha] (The first character has the fanqie [眠+鼈] miè. Ancient translations sometimes write mìlièchē, which are all corruptions. The correct Sanskrit sound is bìlìyīncuō [mleccha]. Here it is translated as 'the impure breed'; those who delight in committing evil deeds, a base caste, defiled people of border regions who do not believe in the true Dharma).
