軌範（上龜葦反考聲車迹也說文車轍也從車從宄省聲也宄音鬼下凢黯反爾雅範法也常也考聲模也則也說文軷也盤末反從車從范省聲也或作笵亦通前經音義第四十六卷已釋也）。

軌範 (The first character has the fanqie: 龜葦. The Kaosheng says: "Ruts of a chariot." The Shuowen says: "Wheel-tracks of a cart. It takes the cart radical with an abbreviated gui (宄) as phonetic." Gui has the sound of gui (鬼). The second character has the fanqie: 凢黯. The Erya says: "Fan (範) means a model or rule; constant standard." The Kaosheng says: "A mold or pattern; an example." The Shuowen says: "To sacrifice to the gods of the road (軷); the sound is fanqie: 盤末; it takes the cart radical with an abbreviated fan (范) as phonetic." It is also written as 笵, which is also acceptable. It has already been explained in Fascicle 46 of this Yinyi).
