擾惱（上而沼反考聲擾攪也孔氏注尚書亂也說文煩也從手從夒夒奴高反經從憂作擾非也前經第二卷中已具釋也）。

Disturb and vex [擾惱] (the upper character is er + zhao fan [rao]. The Kaosheng says: 'Rao means to agitate.' Kong's commentary on the Book of Documents says: 'To disorder.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'To vex; it takes the 'hand' radical and nao (nao is nu + gao fan [nao]).' In the sūtra it is written with 'grief' as 擾, which is incorrect. It has already been fully explained in the second fascicle of the previous sūtra.)
